This free community event will include “Trick or Treating” at participating Old Towne merchants from 4 pm to 5:30 p.m., followed by a parade where costumed kids get to show-off their “Halloween best.” The Treats in the Streets Autumn Festival will also feature fun activities, games, interactive displays, entertainment, and delicious food will be provided by local non-profit groups for a nominal fee. Everyone attending is encouraged to dress in costume, though adults may not wear masks, and we ask that pets be left at home.
